Music
You can check out some of the various music I've created here by myself and with some other people.

I should probably go back and re-record quite a bit of stuff actually. A lot of songs are only partly finished and if I put more time into them, they could probably sound *a lot* better. All music is in mp3 format.

"Out of Life" [4:00] - 3.8mb - Another song! Recorded with a new purchase called a "GuitarPort" by Line 6. 3 guitars tracks, drum track courtesy of Fruity Loops. As usual, this is missing vocals and bass (maybe one day...). Still sounds quite complete and awesome! Posted 11/15/2004.

"Electromagnetic" [2:48] - 2.5mb - So named since this was created entirely in a program named Fruity Loops. There are no real recordings or instruments in this. It is kind of a catchy, fun little dance beat though. I definitely like the bass line. Posted 2/3/2004.

"Tsunami Rock" [4:52] - 4.7mb - Proof of evolution in action! This is the finished verion of "Simple Punk" that fully evolved from a crappy demo song I recorded in the middle of September 2003 to the pretty much complete version you here now. Enjoy! So named "Tsunami Rock" since the guitar I used to record it belonged to Mike Griffen of Tsunami Bomb at one point. Posted on 1/16/2004

"Simple Punk" [1:58] - 1.9mb - Had the urge to try writing a new song. This is your basic type of punk song. This version is incomplete, I have another version on my hard drive with the drums changed up a little more and all that is really missing is the bass. Once I get that added, I'll upload that. Written September 22, 2003 [Update] Check out version 2 of the song here. For the most part complete, still a few things I want to change. 3.6mb download (3:54 minutes)

"Quick Demo" [1:36] - 1.5mb - Mainly an accoustic song with an electric guitar solo at the beginning. Testing a new mixer I got and mixing multiple accoustic guitar tracks together. Written July 8, 2003

"Starting To Rock" [1:26] - 1.4mb - First foray into the world of Drop-D tuning. Incomplete, but a decent start with guitar and drums. I'll have to go back, complete this and have my cousin record a bass track for it. Written April 3, 2003

"I Don't Know" [1:02] - 1.1mb - For those who keep wishing to hear what I sound like singing, here is a wretched example. This is the first song I ever wrote lyrics too, sometime in 10th grade (around 1998 I believe). Only the electric guitar and my punk rock vocals in this thing. This recording was made much more recently though. Not responsible for any hearing loss that may occur!

Older Stuff
This is some very simple stuff that was recorded when my cousin and I were first starting out and trying to put things together. I'm on guitar, my cousin is on bass and we're using a drum machine on the computer. The names themselves aren't representative of anything either. We just needed a quick working name at the time and picked whatever was off the top of our head. Also, note that there are no vocals in these songs.

All music written by Dave Schumaker.

"Five-Twenty-Eight" [3:20] - 3.2mb - In my opinion, this is one of the best recordings that Dan and I put together. For the most part, everything seems to be mixed just right and the recordings were on fire. I just need to remove a few errant symbol crashes and everything will be great!

"Fairly Simple" [2:40] - 2.5mb - This is the first song I ever created using a drum machine, mixing multiple guitars and having Dan play bass. It was created when a friend of mine challenged me to write a complete song in 20 minutes. This is the amazingly repetitive result.

"Lennon is Hot" [3:16] - 3.1mb

"Pick Something Quick" [3:29] - 3.3mb

"The Unknowns" [2:25] - 2.3mb
